If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email us right away at SHOP@PearlsAndRocks.com and we will rectify the issue.
REFUNDS FOR RETURNS Items can be returned within 30 days from the day of purchase. No refund or exchange will be given after that or for items that are returned damaged, with missing parts or not in original condition for reasons not due to our error. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please email us at SHOP@PearlsAndRocks.com for approval and instructions.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
Contact us prior to returning any item and we will provide you with all the instructions you need.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? Expect an email within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return to our warehouse. You will only be credited for the items returned, original shipping charges are not refundable. Thank you for your patience!
DO WE SEND RETURN LABELS?
We do not offer Return Labels at this time. Instead we offer 20% OFF promotional codes in every email so customers receive savings on their online purchases!
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

- original invoice must be included in your return package or at least the order number. You can print out your order confirmation email or go to your customer profile on our Website and print out your order summary.

- Once your return is processed, we will email you with your refund info.

We personally inspect each and every item very carefully before shipping and make sure the items are in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that an item arrives damaged, we will exchange it for the same item(if available) and require that you return the damaged one at our expense.
